problem with BP-370 playing the blue ray film of crank 2

i have a problem playing the blue ray film of crank 2,it has all the up dates but i get is a small square in middle of tv anyone out there had anyother problems with this or other films.

Had a customer with this problem a couple weeks back he said he had the latest firmware but didnt i would go and check again as customer re installed firmware update provided and seemed to correct the issue

Hi You will need to add a USB memory device to the Player, some movies are now forcing the BDLive data to load, this then causes the player to have no buffer to play the movie.
