My BDP-S590 won't stream mp4 or mp3 files from my NAS

Hi,

I have a BDP-S590. It won't play mp4 or mp3 files from my NAS (MyBook). It says something along the lines of "no suppoert for this file type, or file broken". BUT the very same files work just fine when on USB stick, inserted in the device.
