HT-ST5000 Sound bar with sound field stuck on 3D surround

I have a HT-ST5000 sound bar where I cannot change the sound field from 3D surround, have tried a hard reset with no joy all other functions are working ok has anybody got any suggestions.

Hey @audioone,

Have you tried pressing on The Sound Field button repeatedly to change the sound mode? and have you tested it with any different device to see if there's any difference?

yes l have tried repeatedly pressing the field button with no luck, no matter what sources are being played through the sound-bar I cannot adjust the sound field from 3D.surround.

 I am now waiting for Sony support to get back to me.
