Hello! When it works, there is a constant noise, quite annoying. It looks like the DVD turntable is working permanently. I would like to know if it is normal or not?

Hi,

No, this is not normal. Is a disc inserted? In this case, it would be normal if the drive started up briefly after starting while the disc was being read.
If no disc is inserted, the drive should not start up or should start up only very briefly.
