Dent in front grill of HT-A9 speaker

Hi folks,

my brand new left speaker came out of the box with dent. 
The System works fine it is just an optical issue. 
what can I do?

That’s your retailer’s problem, after they have replaced it.

If it has sustained that much visible damage in (or most probably before, if the packaging is undamaged) transit, how do you know that everything else inside there is truly OK?

A cracked circuit board may not give any audible indication of damage for days, or even weeks.

Get the whole thing replaced.
