BDV-N7200W USB Keyboard (pref wireless)

Hi

I just bought this Blu-ray home theatre system, so far very happy with it except for the remote control on-screen keyboard which is completely awful.

I tried plugging in both my wireless Logitech keyboards and both report that they are unsupported. Can anyone point me to a cheap keyboard that they know is supported?

I searched and only found a couple of folk asking similar questions 3-4 years ago, neither of which had definitive answers. With all the online services provided these days someone must be using a keyboard, just searching BBC iPlayer and putting my Spotify user name in was so painful.

Hi there

It appears only wired usb keyboards are supported.  If you install sonys TV SideView app on a smart phone or tablet, you should be able to use the remote control functions and most probably text input.

Thats the only thing i can suggest im afraid.
