BDP-S370 Streaming - Bad Render Quality

Hi,

I recently purchased the above BluRay player.

I connected it to my network and it found my Win7 media centre fine.

However when I play movies that are not 1080/60p the quality is simply awful I have it connected to my LG-PK590 via hdmi cable.

I have various movies mostly at 720p and they appear as if they are really low quality, you can see they are pixelated/blocky. I have tried various options. The question i have is there any way that I get the play to output at the resolution of the movie being played. When I playback on the LG the quality is superb.
