Hi - I've just performed a network upgrade as prompted on my BDP-S369 - went through the stages 1-9 on the screen - now it just says "VUP" on the display (has done for about an hour now) - any ideas?
I haven't powered off (as it warned me not to!) - but it's been an hour or so now - I think it's failed on the upgrade - any ideas what I should do?
