Sony HT -SS1300 receiver as soon as turned on shows tv standby (4 times ) on display

Sony HT -SS1300 receiver as soon as turned on shows below text in sequuence

tv-standby - standby- standby- standby 

and than display goes blank only one amber light shows inside of standby. 

after that pressing any buttons on remote or receiver does nothing. tired of searching over net followed lots of steps nothing happnes

nothing happens when i try to press turn off button . so i tried following resetting instructions but nothing shows up on display,

sometime its just starts when i press power button and everything works fine. but as soon as i turn it off its again the same.
