Ps-pj10 turntable transformer

Hi

Having trouble sourcing a replacement transformer for this ps J10 turntable that has died (primary coil is open circuit). 

I can’t find anything that tells me the spec but I assume it’s 12v as the motor is 12v. 

Serial number search on the pic below produces nothing. 

any help would be much appreciated

Perfect - that leads to a full schematic of the machine with parts list of every component. 

one thing missing is voltages / current across the transformer. 

anybody fill that in for me?

Where on the Sony website can I get this part - help pages seem to send a user to parts site suppliers that are for trade only. 

so does Sony supply parts themselves?

Finding the Code was easy, I'm afraid finding the Component will be less so...

Totally agree - do Sony themselves monitor groups and answer questions like this in your experience?

That Sony monitors the Community yes, that they answer questions like this I'm afraid no.
