CMT-HX80R Volume Problems

Hi There,

I have a problem with the volume on my CMT-HX80R mini hi-fi system. When I turn it from min to 1, the volume is very loud. I have tried restoring it to factory settings, but this hasn't fixed the problem.

Can anybody help?
