I had bought my Xperia c3 from the showroom of sony and I used it for almost 3 years but now it is showing many problems like when the mobile gets turn off it gets repeatedly off but didn't get on completedly. When I search what is going on in the forum of sony than I found the software is broken. So I repair the software with the Xperia companion. but after few days of factory reset. The mobile again shows the same problem and I did again the factory reset. but the problem comes again and again. So I would like to ask the sony community do we have to repair mobile on daily basis or the company had designed the mobile like when the warranty period ends the mobile is of no use. If the problem is one of the bugs than how can I fix or I would like to ask the community to take back your Xperia mobile and use yourself. This device is making me frustrated and I am losing patience. I love this device because it was my first device which I had bought from my first salary.
Guess you'll need to reach out to Sony directly, since you basically done the possible solution, without resolution. Cool that rhymes, it just happened.
What happen when the phone turns off and you try to turn it back on while its connected to a wall charger? does it turn on or does it stay in a bootloop?
