Is it possible to get a replacement battery for my Sony Xperia XA2 H3113 smartphone?

I'm aware that the phone battery is meant to be non removable but I have been informed that Sony could help with this.

I do know that authorised service centres can usually take care of this for you

however I would get in touch with Sony Mobile Support about this

just to double check and find out where your nearest centre is.
