Where is my order

I ordered the Sony Xperia 10 ii from the Sony estore and I was told I would receive a confirmation email shortly but i didn't receive a confirmation email. The money has been released from my bank card but I can't even track my order because I haven't received a email and I have tried to contact them but for now there has been no response.
