I would keep: -

1. Vaio Model

2. Vaio Serial Number

3. Date of Purchase

4. Proof of purchase (Receipt)

You can see your recent posts at the bottom of your Profile Page but this will be only recent activity. You can set email notifications for most events like replies to your threads or posts - Look in Profile -> Preferences -> eMail notification preferences.
