Waiting on a6500 cashback

Hey guys, hope all is well. I bought an a6500 precisely because of the generous cashback offer. I bought the item back on Nov. 29. I submitted my claim back on Jan. 9 which is more than 30 days after the purchase. It still says it is being validated. I have given them all they need. Will I ever get the cashback? Very disappointed. I don't know how long the need for this. That's the whole point I went in with the a6500!

the terms of agreement of the cashback state exactly how long it can take between you issuing the claim and the money being transferred.

So in that case, it would be 28 days from Jan. 9 (when I submitted my claim), which would mean Feb. 7 should be the latest. I'll come back by then or before that and give you guys an update.
