I have ordered a Vaio since one and half month. And I got an email informaing me that the pc has been dispatched from Factory. Since nothing.
I have called and email. Nobody understand where is my pc and all promised to call back or email back. Nobody did nothing.
After 2 weeks call, I finally got someone who wished to help, and she has discovered that my pc has been arrived dommage in european warehouse. But nobody feel that it's worth to inform me or they should order a new one.
It's a real pity for a comapny like Sony to be so bad for the management of their online order. How can we trust this one line store again???
