I received an invite email to pre-order a Playstation 5. I went to the pre-order page placed an order for the Digital Only version of the Playstation 5. The transaction seemed to go well. I added it to the cart. I put in my payment information and the order was complete. Later I received a thank you for your order email and I checked it assuming it was confirming my Playstation 5 order. Instead it said I ordered a Playstation 4 Pro, which both cost 399 and that its getting shipped to my address. I want to put a stop to this and get my money back. I am very disappointed with the switch that happened. I was supposed to have the Playstation 5 pre-ordered and ready for shipping in November. Instead I'm about to get a console I don't want or need. Can someone please contact the people at Sony to correct this as their seems to be no genuine means to get in contact with the people who run the Sony Playstation area of the company.
