how to stop email from community forum

Hello 

I have noted "how to unsubscribe from getting emails"  

click on profile, find "my watch" and delete

but there is no "my watch" in profile, so how can I stop my email getting filled up please.

Try from your profile avatar at the top of the page (next to the Mail envelope)) :-

My Profile -> My Settings -> Subscriptions and Bookmarks -> Notification Settings
