Sounds like a Homepage issue. You need to remove the Sony page from your list of Browser Homepages, more than likely! Check the settings as to how to do this on the Help page for the Internet browser you use.

Disable and then enable the new tab settings. This should fix the problem as I encountered the same thing and it seemed to work for me.
