Hi , we have recently purchased a 75 inch Bravia 7 and Bravia 8 Theatre Bar, they are showing as my items in my Sony account, does this mean they are automatically registered for the 5 year guarantee?

Where did you buy your items, was it directly from Sony UK.
Only certain Sony TVs etc are available for a 5 year guarantee.
(not sure soundbars are covered by a 5 year guarantee)
When you were purchasing these items did you check to see if a 5 year guarantee is available.

then there is a link to proceed to claim,
when I purchased the products from Curry’s UK it did state 5 year guarantee, I have registered the TV with Sony, just want to make sure the 5 year Guarantee is activated
Currys may advertise it with a 5 year guarantee but this does not mean it is activated at purchase.
You do need to activate the 5 year guarantee through the link I gave you earlier.
@Taylorraz Hey, you need to follow the above link to submit your claim 5 years warranty for the warranty to be activated. It's different from registering it on your MySony account.
