I find it hard to believe that a company the size of sony think product problems only occur mon-fri between 9am til 5pm. I am not a person who complains alot but i think the customer service experience needs a serious overhaul. Weekend service is definately a main requirement to a good standard of customer experience in modern society and is the least that a major multi-national organisation should be delivering. This along with other issues from a previous problem has led me to believe that all the good things i heard about the company and it`s products were somewhat over stated. I hope that my rantings can be proven wrong as my product when working right provides everything i ask and more but the same fault twice in 8mths and an unavailable guarantee centre from friday night til monday morning isn`t helping me form a good opinion of the service provided.
