Anyone else having problems?
I Purchased an A6500 kit for a holiday I was due to take to Cuba.
I put the claim in and it bounced back (because of bank details apparently) so i re-sent it in and got a message:
"We are happy to confirm that your cashback claim satisfies our Cashback offer Terms & Conditions. We are now processing your claim.
You will receive your cashback within the next 28 days in the form of a direct bank transfer. "
With virtually no internet (in Cuba) I have come back off my holiday to find an email requesting bank info (again) and another email to say I haven't replied so the claim is no longer valid.
Has anyone else had problems with the Sony Cashback scheme?

Its not a con, I promise.
Other members that have valid claims have experienced difficulties with the cashback system now and again
but we can usually manage to get them sorted out.
I will escalate this for you, are your contact details correct in your profile?
