Hi

I sent off the claim form and all the documents today but I am worry that my claim may get rejected. The reason is I made few mistakes on the form and use tippex to correct it so I am wondering Sony still accept my claim form or they need 100% no mistake made claim form.

Sorry this is a silly question.

Also the salesperson mistype my initials on the receipt so will Sony rejected my claim

Yes they say no mistakes but doesnt say you cant correct your mistakes, as long as the informaation that you alterted is correct you will be fine

Just expect that due to a few alterations, some products that will be sent to you might get a bit of a problem and will cause a lot of delays.
