hi guys 

i have a sony smart tv (KDL-32WE613

can you download apps to this tv (no google app store installed)

also installed apps often stop working , putting tv back to factory settings seems fix this issue for a while any thoughts

Since you've already tried a factory reset, it might be good to contact Sony Support to see what they suggest?
