I am fully aware it's a bit late - or early, depending on your point of view, but,  "all  I  want for Christmas"  is a ......................DPT-S1 ......  !

Yes, it's all rather intruiging.

But sadly, at present anyway.... (hint hint hopefully ....) only available to "corporate" buyers, in Japan, I believe.

There are rumours about some "pre-owned" ones (presumably either bought "under false pretences" - or nicked, I suppose!) being available on obscure Japanese w/sites, but whether that's true or nay, I know not .

 It is a pretty steep price,  but it looks to be a bit of a game-changer, so perhaps justified - initially anyway.

Be interesting to see if things go further.

Yupp - not cheap, but it's "target market"  (at least initially anyway) would seem to be primarily the business/corporate  world...................... and e all know how much lolly they're happy to slosh around for technology .....:smileywink:

Oh...a PS .... if it does what says on the tin, I don't necessarily think the price is that eye-watering - especially for the business  world - considering the cost of some other high-end tech'ery !

But then I'm regularly nonplussed at some tech prices ....

Just jealousy I s'pose .....
