reader will not connect - xml parse error

I have a Reader PRS-600.

Having downloaded the latest reader for Mac Version 1.1.05.13310 my reader will not connect. I receive a message saying please contact suupport error "xml parse error: unexpected character (2)"

Can anyone assist me please?

I would suggest for you to contact support first since it states in the error message you received. That is the only way to fix it.
