No computer to reader link!!

I can not drag and drop a book from my library onto the reader icon successfully, the staus continually says processing and thats it, any ideas?

Hi it would appear you software and Reader is possible stuck in sync, maybe a file that was listed in your Reader Library is not longer available, try to move any files from your shared folders, once empty attach the Reader again, if it stops processing, check the Sync tab under the Reader on the left.  Once sync is not active this should resolve your problem.
