Does not recognise

For no apparent reason my pc has decided to not 'recognise this device'. (PRS-600) Any ideas anyone?

Top technodunce here to be honest, but - and I'm sorry if I'm daft - but, have you installed Reader, and Adobe Digital  ?

Hi when you say it is not detected is this in the software or Windows Explorer, if its Windows, you could have a fault with the unit or USB cable/socket. Test on another PC.

If the issue is with the Software, try formating the internal memory and do a soft reset, it may need a hard reset
