Hi I'm having a problem with the microphone of the phone, it stops working and always I have to restart the phone, but then after a while the microphone is muted again. What do you recommend me to do?

El micrófono 🎤 de mi Sony no funciona. En llamadas yo escucho y a mi no me oyen, en pruebas de grabación de audio tampoco. Solo funciona si reinicio el Equipo. Puedo hablar o enviar audios no por mas de 10minutos  Y vuelve a fallar. En llamadas la única forma de que me escuchen es activando Altavoz (cosa rara) o usando auriculares que puedo hacer? Será el software? O debo enviarlo a servicio técnico?

I'm sorry to hear this.

I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior, I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

I had the same problem. Sent mine off to repair and got it back but it still doesn't work properly. It works intermittently which is very annoying as it obviously isn't anything to do with settings if it can work at some points but not others!? Sending it off again. Aux doesn't  always work either, again this is random.
