Touch screen problem

It do not work when i touch it. I need to do a lot of pressure on the screen but doesnt work most of the times.

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you remove any screen protector you may have on your device to see if it may be causing this behavior.

You can also perform a software repair using Xperia Companion to see if this behavior is in any way related to your devices software.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center.
