The phone was switched off

sir i was just switched off my phone after that i am unable to start my phone 

when ever i am trying to start my phone it will start a bit but after that it hangs and again switch off and again starts 

sir what will i do plz tell me

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 1-2 hrs > try again

sir but phone starts and again switch off and agagin this process is continuing 

it stucks at logo and again switch off
