Hi @Zands1000, welcome to our forum!

Where are these notifications coming from? Is it mostly from applications?

In most applications you either have three dots in the top right corner, or three lines in the top left corner of the application. Here you should be able to find "Settings" and then you can turn notifications on or off for the specific application.
