Since two weeks ago I have problems with calls: I can hear the person who call me but they can't hear me. What I tried:
- Turning the noise suppresion options: no results.
- Going back to factory settings: no results.
- Fixing the phone by PC Companion: no results.
- Doing the hardware test: main microphone is completely silent, the secondary works but with static noises. When using earphones, both work fine.
I took my phone to repair centre and they supposedly replaced the microphone but it's still not working. They said they don't know why it's not working.
