Have you forgotten your lock screen password or is the phone locked to a specific service provider and you need to enter a PIN code to remove this lock?
If it's locked to a service provider you need to get in touch with the service provider that have locked the phone and ask them for a PIN code that you then enter in your phone when you put in your new SIM card.
If you have forgotten your screen lock code, is it a pattern, password or PIN screen lock that you have used?
Get back to me with some more information on what lock there is on the phone!
