Headphone jack not keeping headphone in

Over the last week or so, my headphone has been slipping out of the jack on my Sony Xperia E5 phone.  I'm constantly listening to music so the fact my headphone jack keeps slipping out is a big problem for me.  I bought the phone last September and haven't had any other issues.  Did I need to send it in for repair or is there a simple fix?

Hi @StevenAnderson, sorry to hear about this.

Do I understand correctly that the headset/headphones will not stay inside the audio jack of the device? If that is the behaviour that you are experiencing, do you have another pair of headphones/headset that you can try in your device?

I just want to make sure if the audio jack is defect, or if the headphones that you are using are the cause of this.
