Bluetooth headphones will not work for calls

New Bluetooth headphones will work for media but not for phone calls.

When I go to the device settings I cannot select/tick the "use for phone audio" tick box 

Any help is appreciated

Please ignore the previous post as the earphones 🎧 worked properly for calls after a reboot. Put it down to user error 😚
