I have a repair number after calling Sony, but no further email has arrived telling me where to send my phone for repair, why is this so complicated?

If you are in need to have your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team. They can direct you to the nearest service center in your country/region.
