trying to claim my cash back using the online form, but always get the "HTTP Status 403 - Forbidden" when I try to send it. AM using two .jpg photos of receipt and serial number. Can anyone tell me how to send this?

Was the cashback for a camera? If so the page is currently loading ok for me.

Have you tried it with different browsers?

yes it loaded for me too but wouldn't accept what I attached. I changed browser (to Opera) the following day and it worked. thanks
