Submitted my application last December 2021 for Winter Cashback Scheme for DSC-RX10M4 that I have bought on the October 2021. I have received a email stating that they have sent the cashback last January 2022 but I still have not seen it in my bank account. Anyone else that had this issue? and any way I can get in touch with their support?

At this point I'd say you need to contact their support and they can send you a proof of payment so that you can check where did they send money exactly.
