RX 10 IV and studio flash!

When using studio-flash, the electroninc viewfinder and the monitor goes very dark ( according to f-stops of course) but is there any possibillity to make either the viewfinder or monitor a lot lighter?

Hi @clager

I'm guessing this is happening when you shoot fully manual? This is normal behaviour for the RX10 and relates to your LiveView settings. 

As you switch to Manual mode, the shutter speed you previously set will come into play, along with any exposure compensation. The dark display is what the camera is seeing at these settings.

You can either decrease the shutter speed to preview your shot (if shooting still life) or change your LiveView settings to Display>Off, which will hopefully fix the issue.
