I am unable to download my pictures to my new windows 10 computer and the imagemixer disc suppplied does not work on windows 10

Hi,

If you connect your camera to your PC you should see a new drive in the windows explorer.

Open this drive and navigate to the folder DCIM/100DCF (or similar).
You should find all your images in this folder.

If your camera isn't recognized try a different USB cable.
