Help with my A7IV

recently It pops up in the screen an extra focus frames which tilts all the time and does not have any function rather than to confuse me 

I tried to erase it without succeed , is there anyone with a solution ?

I don’t know what you done. But if you are in panic mode, simply reset the camera to initial setup and go..
