Ap download issue and charged twice.

I tried to download the time-lapse ap and got a 'server error' message. I tried again and same thing. The next time I tried I got a message. Refund in progress please try again later. I checked my bank and discovered that I had been charged twice for the ap and I still get the refund message 24 hours later.

Contact Sony support to sort this out.

According to the camera apps website, it's a service hosted by SEN, so you'd need to contact PlayStation support.
