Hi everyone,
From the end of November 2018, you may notice some changes with the ‘sign in’ pages on our website. There’s nothing to worry about; we’ve just upgraded parts of the ‘sign in’ process.
What you’ll see when you sign in
The old ‘sign in’ screen gave you a field to enter your email, followed by the password box underneath.
Now, when you sign in to the Community or your MySony account, just enter your email. After that, you’ll be taken to a new screen to enter your password. You’ll then be taken back to the place where you signed in (e.g. MySony, Community).
We’ve made this change as part of a re-design to keep your account even more secure.
Changing your password or email address
If you change your password or email, you’ll be taken to our new security portal. Once you’ve made the change, it will sign you out for security reasons. Enter your new details to continue using your account.
You also have the option to add 2-step verification if you want. Add an extra level of security like your phone number to confirm it’s you signing in.

The Captcha is the picture puzzle you have to solve when logging-in.

hello...couldnt get into posting new messages, so this is to say that despite repeated attempts, we have not been able to register our new telly--after we enter the model and code number, attempts to enter further details are always blocked
