Sony HDR-XR155E Overheated Error Message

I have a sony HDRXR155E Handycam but every time I turn it on recently it says "Overheated. Cannot access media. Turn off power and leave for a while in a cool place"  There's also an error code "C:13:02" that flashes in the top right hand corner

I have tried doing what it says but the error message keeps appearing.

Has anyone else come across this problem and knows how to fix it?
