ILME-FX3 XAVC-HS 25p missing in PAL

I wanted to shoot on my FX3 in HS codec but since I am in Europe, the 25p PAL version is missing. Is there any way of fixing it or is Sony working on the 25p PAL version in XAVC-HS?

No 25p even in NTSC (in NTSC maybe XAVC HS 4K 24p):
