Will Factory Reset unistal system update

Will Factory Reset unistal system update. I mean update like 16-0-b-2-16 will go if I do factory reset.

A master reset will not remove an update of the phones firmware. When you install a firmware update it replaces the old version or the firmware and can't be uninstalled.
