Teqnical network error issue in my Xperia sony C3 device.

Hello sony services.

I'm using my Xperia sony C3 device and its now updated or refresh yesterday from sony pc companion. Issue is if i connect to any wifi connection than it'll connect only 5-10 second than do not take a uploading or connection speed like is not connected. By the way showing is connected but not using data or using in browser. Please solve it . Please

Hi @Alias20199, sorry to hear about this.

Does it occur on all Wi-Fi networks, both public and private? If it does, is it only the web browser that stops loading pages and does YouTube streaming and so forth continue to work?

If you haven't tried restarting the device in safe mode, please do and let me know how it goes.
