Started to hang the phone

Began to hang up the phone. The phone's applications occupy 7 GB of 8 internal memory. There are only 5 external applications. Updates are no longer installed. All washed to factory settings. But everything returns to its previous dimensions.

Начал подвисать телефон. Приложения телефона занимают 7 гб из 8 внутренней памяти. Внешних приложений только 5. Пепезагружается. Обновления уже не устанавливаются. Все стирала до заводских настроек. Но все возвращается к прежним размерам.
